Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

These terms form a binding agreement between Noble Trust Soccer Academy, Gomoa Assin, and the player together with their parent or legal guardian. By submitting a registration form you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.

1. Admission and Requirements

  • Enrolment is open to eligible boys and girls who meet the age and fitness requirements of the academy.
  • A completed registration form, the required documents and the applicable fees must be submitted before a place is confirmed.
  • The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating a reason.

2. Training Schedule and Attendance

  • Attendance at training sessions, camps and matches is compulsory and players must arrive punctually and properly kitted.
  • Absence must be communicated to the coaching staff in advance by a parent or guardian.
  • Persistent lateness or absence may affect selection and continued membership.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Registration and monthly fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
  • Fees may be paid by cash, mobile money, bank transfer or cheque, and a receipt is issued for every payment.
  • Outstanding fees may result in suspension from training and matches until the account is settled.

4. Code of Conduct for Players

  • Players shall show sportsmanship, integrity and respect to coaches, officials, teammates and opponents at all times.
  • Drugs, alcohol, smoking, violence, bullying and abusive language are strictly prohibited.
  • Academy property, equipment and facilities must be protected and used responsibly.
  • Players are expected to maintain good academic performance at school.

5. Code of Conduct for Parents and Guardians

  • Parents shall support their child positively and behave respectfully towards staff, officials and other families.
  • Parents must not interfere with coaching decisions, team selection or match tactics.
  • Concerns should be raised privately with the academy management, never during training or matches.

6. Medical Care and Injuries

  • Parents must disclose all medical conditions, allergies and medications on the registration form and keep the academy informed of any change.
  • Football carries a risk of injury. The academy is not liable for medical expenses or injuries sustained during normal football activities, except where caused by proven negligence of the academy.
  • Where parents cannot be reached, the academy may seek emergency medical treatment in the best interest of the player.

7. Discipline and Termination

  • Disciplinary measures range from a verbal warning to a written warning, suspension, or permanent dismissal.
  • Serious misconduct, criminal behaviour or conduct that damages the reputation of the academy may lead to immediate dismissal without refund.
  • The academy may also terminate membership for repeated breaches of these terms.

8. Media, Property and Transfers

  • Subject to the media consent given on the registration form, the academy may use photographs and videos of players for its website, social media, newspapers, television and marketing.
  • The academy is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen on its premises or during travel.
  • Players and parents shall not negotiate with other clubs or agents outside the applicable football regulations and without informing the academy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
  • Any dispute shall first be referred to good-faith mediation between the parties before any court action is taken.
